The Founder
Joshua Kleehammer
FPSNetworking was founded by Joshua Kleehammer, a Senior Network Engineer and Technical Lead with over a decade of experience delivering network and security solutions for organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises.
Throughout his career, Joshua has led the full technical lifecycle of customer engagements—from architecture and design validation through implementation, troubleshooting, and final delivery—ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and industry standards. His experience spans both pre-sales and post-sales engineering, with a focus on translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing network architectures.
In leadership roles, he has driven the development of delivery best practices, team coordination, and technical standards across WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewall domains. He emphasizes building repeatable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and overall service quality.
Technically, Joshua brings deep hands-on experience across multi-vendor environments, including advanced routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN), security platforms, and data center technologies. He specializes in troubleshooting complex routing and access control issues and designing resilient, scalable solutions tailored to client needs.
His background also includes cross-functional collaboration, incident and problem management, and delivering meaningful network analytics and reporting to stakeholders. He places a strong emphasis on root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and maintaining secure, reliable network operations.
Joshua holds industry certifications from Cisco, CompTIA Security+, GIAC, Aruba, and Fortinet.
